2022 Hybrid IMDS & Product Chemical Compliance Conference

Join us for the 2022 Hybrid IMDS & Product Compliance Conference!


The theme for this year's conference is: How the IMDS Data Structure is Changing to Accommodate Future Sustainability Requirements 


Building on the last 20+ years of effort leading North American automotive communities to develop and improve chemical and material data collection, regulatory compliance, and reporting, it's time for us to move forward to face new challenges of responding to more stringent regulatory requirements and greener initiatives for a sustainable future in the circular economy era.

CANCELLATION/TRANSFER/SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Registrations cancelled 30 or more business days prior to the program date will receive a full refund. Registrations cancelled less than 30 business days prior to the program date, as well as NO SHOWS, will forfeit all fees. Substitutions are welcome.


HOTEL INFORMATION

We have a room block at the Hyatt Place at the Suburban Collection Showplace for October 10 & 11 for $145 per night. This hotel is attached to the convention center.


Individual attendees can make reservations for the event directly with the Hyatt Place at the Suburban Collection Showplace reservations at 1-800-233-1234.

Use the Group Code:  G-AGDS to receive your discounted group rate of $145.00.   Once the arrival and departure date have been entered, click on special rates and then enter the Group Code (G-AGDS) in the Group Code Box (make sure to include the G when entering the code).


All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card.  Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods. Per your group contract, Cancellations must be received a minimum of (72) hours prior to arrival for a full refund.  Cancellations received less than (72) hours prior to arrival will forfeit one (1) night room and tax. 


Reservations by attendees must be received on or before September 11, 2022.


HEALTH AND SAFETY

All AIAG in person events will follow the COVID guidelines as recommended by the CDC at the time of the event.
